The Parent Trap is a film series made from 1961–1989 with Hayley Mills as the twins. She reprised her role three times in made-for-TV sequels; once in 1986 and twice in 1989.
The Parent Trap was remade in 1998 with Lindsay Lohan as the twins. It follows the same basic plot line as the original.
